While working on an unrelated issue, I realized there's a subset of SVG attributes and elements for which
Loofah::HTML5::Scrub.scrub_attributeshad code to handle, but which weren't in the list of allowed SVG elements or allowed SVG attributes due to historical omission dating back to thehtml5libimport done in 7dd145a.
