Request a segment manifest - a rendition - and get a 404 b/c the file doesn't exist to be copied over.

The directories will be created locally in the input_file cache, but never used - leaving cruft around.

Example: http://localhost:5000/i/i/20200318/1251/1_w19kji5m_1_svgc63p4_1.mp4/index_0_av.m3u8 (it's got two 'i' directories)

/tmp/video_input/i/20200318/1251 is created - and will never get cleaned up.
