cleanup should look for orphan files in cache directory and remove them #24

If for some reason a file exists on the cache that is not referenced by the database, we should remove that file from the cache.

If not, it will remain forever.

Files living in the cache that are not in the db are user error or bugs in casterpak. These files should be noted during cleanup.

Maybe a config setting to force removal of orphaned files, and default it to true.
