This is a privileged request, so authentication will need to also be implemented.
There should be a way to instruct casterpak to remove a video from it's cache - both input and segment caches.
Most likely using a url very similar to the csmil master playlist.
Most probably specifying the "common file prefix" and removing all renditions from it's caches.
I propose responding to http headers for this. Both an authorization header and a 'cache-clear' header need to be present for this action to occur.
