Generate the corresponding new class with all the properties entries empty except id (pseudo-random hash generated), type (CatalogueDCAT-AP), and dataset (id of the dataset id parser from Turtle RDF).

Context is fixed only to DCAT-AP and data model DCAT-AP contexts
