Adding onto this with a few extra thoughts:

  • We should make what is collapsed and when configurable per user
  • The collapsing should show an amount of lines; right now it fades off before the first line which looks weird and is difficult to read. How much is hidden should also be configurable
  • Maybe we should revisit how the collapsing is styled because maybe a button would be better
