If you load a page with content that extends beyond the bottom of the
screen, and then also show the sidebar and it has content that extends
below the screen, then scrolling the sidebar content with the mouse
wheel will move both the sidebar and the page content.
In this case, only the sidebar content should scroll. I guess an
event is bubbling out of the sidebar and onto the page...? Anyway,
you can reproduce it on this page:
