As stated in PR #124 currently custom fonts are supported by both the Annotation Extension for Android and iOS. However the current SymbolOptions do not provide a means to set custom fonts for a symbol text.

@philiplindberg AFAIK there's currently no one working on this, so I'm sure a PR would (as always ;) be highly appreciated.
