在编辑器里面，英文切换为中文，不打任何字，60秒后，kbl会自动把输入法中文切换为英文，
但是如果切换成了中文并且打了中文字，就不会发生自动切换了，
那么问题来了，KBL的设计就是这样的吗？

60秒时间有点长，用3秒来演示一下
