输入法切换和识别在WPS中失效 #57

WPS未知原因导致不能正确识别和切换输入法。

目前显示是英文输入法

但是打出来的是中文的书名号
同理，输入法切换也会出错

系统版本
Win11 23H2 22631.3155
WPS版本
2023冬季更新（16250）

还有Win11下记事本也一样
