Logging Configuration

The logging section of the config is passed directly to the Python logging module's dictConfig() function which is documented here: https://docs.python.org/3/library/logging.config.html#logging-config-dictschema

If left unset, the default config is set as follows. If you wish to change this, copy and paste this section into your config.yml and change whichever parts you'd like.
