Sync Lemmy and GitHub

We should be able to use Pythorhead and PyGithub to sync GitHub issues with Lemmy.

Wow, you already found time and energy to think about this? We haven't even started this project. xD

We will need to have a conversation on what direction we want to go in with this because there are a few different ways we could do this in.

I was just making a note as I found a library which could do it whilst I was sorting out the markdown saving. I knew this was something that we were going to look at, hence the issue!
