How to add Table of Content to Main page as well (ReadTheDocs)

Hi, I would like to have Table of Content added to Main pane as well.
When I am working with ReadTheDocs theme - I see that TOC is on the left side and is collapsed by default.

How to:

1. Add TOC on main panel as well
2. And is possible to expand all items in TOC by default? Searched issues here - that was one issue however not clear info how this was achieved.
