F-Droid is FOSS-only app store.

Packaging Kotlin/Java-only apps (without native components) is as straight forward as submitting it for a RFP (request for packaging).

The only caveat is that apps cannot depend on any proprietary code, that is, F-Droid must be able to build the app from source including dependencies.
