Observed when testing out a change with Vortex which hadn't reactivated all the ESPs. Most plugins were disabled, so I tried enabling them in EasyNPC (not in the mod manager), and saw that the analysis failed on all of them (said they were missing) and no options appeared for them in the profile.

This is a regression since approximately version 0.9. Seems to be an artifact of the IoC refactoring as this used to work.
