bug: LazySyncPre not being emitted

        -- works fine
	vim.api.nvim_create_autocmd("User", {
		pattern = "LazySync",
		callback = function()
			vim.print("ran synceddd")
			require("astronvim.utils.mason").update()
		end,
	})

Steps To Reproduce

see above on code. Run :Lazy then S for Sync.

Expected Behavior

LazySyncPre event to fire. LazySync works fine

Sync is a special case, since that's internally just a clean/install and update.
Just made sure the pre event is triggered for sync as well.
