bug: plugin cannot get argument data in callback when loading plugin by LspAttach

Describe the bug

The code will report attempt to index field 'data' (a nil value):

Steps To Reproduce

Use given plugin setting, opening a code file with language server.

Expected Behavior

It should get the argument data in callback.
