how to scroll up & down in messages?

Hello, everyone. I have a simple question about the configuration.

When disable the messages, I can scroll up and down in command like TsInstall Info, like below:

However, if i enbale messages like the config here:

I can no longer interact with the popup message.

How should I configure to make it right? 🙏
