Website Portal Setting: When users click on a purchase order from the listing page, they are unable to view its complete details page.

Information about bug

After logging into the ERP system through the website portal and navigating to the purchase orders listing, clicking on a specific purchase order is expected to display its full details. However, instead of showing the information, the system returns a "Not Permitted" error. This issue is not limited to purchase orders; it occurs across all core doctypes. In previous versions (v11, v12), users were able to view the forms without any issues.

Then try starting your website through bench start
