The leave policy is currently assigned annually. However, I want to set it up so that the leave policy is assigned only once when an employee joins the company, and it then automatically renews every year.
The earned leave policy should remain as it is, where 2.5 earned leaves are allocated monthly. At the end of one year, if no leaves have been taken, the total earned leave would be calculated as 12 × 2.5 = 30. The leave balance would then be carried forward to the next year, and the remaining calculations will proceed accordingly.
