	* CodingGuidelines.txt: This file is new. The purpose of (the text
	contained in) this file is to provide guidelines for how to write
	C++ code that is supposed to become part of the TPIE project. 

	* TPIE-wish-list.txt: This file is new. It contains a list of
	issues that should been addressed in upcoming versions of TPIE and
	serves of a reminder who is responsible for which fix.
