[Feature] Save a gallery of images for the character portraits, possible add options to randomly shuffle between the portraits #314

Motivation

Currently the character portraits are only saved one-per-character but users might have multiple images they want to save

Goal

Add a gallery feature to the custom portraits page, where users can select from saved images
