[Feature] Rebuild the Character Modal with improvements

Rebranded the title to rebuild the character modal - There's extra clicks that are not necessary rn, revisit the UX

Motivation

The new DPS score has custom teammates but the modal-selection experience kinda sucks. Light cone isnt auto-filtered by path so you get the full list of LCs

Goal

Fix the Edit Character modal to filter the LC by the selecter character's path
