Command name? the command name fop:hooks:list
Command description? I'd like to have a list of all module hooked on a specified hook
Command domain? hook
Command parameters? name of the hook
Possible impacts? none

fop:hook:list looks kinda confusing to me. It looks like we want the list of all the hooks.
What do you think about fop:hook:modules?

that's right, it's confusing 😕 .
Last part of command name is supposed to be the action.
fop:hooks:modules is maybe better, not sure, maybe fop:hooks:list-modules ?
