The create organization icon is currently placed at the bottom of the page which is not visible
In the translator's login, the + button does not clearly indicate to the user that it is intended to create an organization .
-Include Tooltip &position of the icon needs to be user friendly

UX issues we can add a tooltip to help the user

We are moving to Autographa project next wednesday
If we come back to AgMT we can fix this and othe UX issues
