Returning incorrect frequency

I am using this with audio context, testing in Chrome.

I started with the default rate and was getting values under the reference pitch (440) so I adjusted the sample rate in audio context . I switched to 48K sample rate and updated the rates, but now I'm consistently getting 818 for a reference pitch of 440... I've tried adjusting the rate.
