Could an RGBW example be included? I can't figure out how to make the LEDs white using the 255 range shown in the example.

I got it working, for those wondering:

with nps.NeoPixelSpiDev(0, 0, n=num, pixel_order=nps.GRBW) as pixels:
    pixels.fill((0, 0, 0, 255))
