When I define :before and :after hooks with defhook in a test package and do:
defhook
(rove:run-test 'some-test)
Rove omits the hooks. This causes the test to fail as it depends on the hooks to create a suitable environment for it.
Since hooks are run before and after every individual test, the natural behavior of rove:run-test should be to also run these hooks.
