Replace clack-socket requirement?

Can the clack-socket library be easily replaced? The reason is a use case that requires a 'clean' license dependency tree, from a commercial perspective, i.e. no copy-left licenses. Clack has a copy-left license (LLGPL) and therefore cannot be included.

Alternatively, I supposed it might be possible to relicense clack. Might be better actually.
