Create new project based on exist project

It would be nice if we didn't have to re-add users to a new project using the same team. Either having a way to form a group of users into a "Team" so they can be added to a project in bulk, or being able to use the group from a current project for a new project.

I have a quick and dirty backend function I put on my local install for this, but it'd be nice to have something in the core product
