where is alpine version ?

https://github.com/fullstorydev/grpcui/blob/master/Dockerfile uses scratch for image building

grpcurl now has an alpine version
fullstorydev/grpcurl#311
but grpcui not yet

@andyspb I think we'd take a PR modeled on fullstorydev/grpcurl#311 to add an alpine version
