hxdiscord does not work on windows.

Issues:

• hxdiscord refuse to work under windows

Troubleshoot:

• Switching to the git version
• Copied an example from README.MD
• Re-Installing hxdiscord

Descriptions:

• When I run the bot, It would gave me an error about "Invalid field access : stop" and the terminal would hang until I force quit neko. Seems to only occurred on Windows, As It worked fine under linux. I already have all intents enable on my bot.

it's a bug with Neko, and plus Neko has been dead for a long time, idk why you would still be using it
