Somehow this got lost over time. It's suppose to scroll a phrase and use tweening to soften the jerkiness of the scroll.

One mitigation of jerky scroll is to add a background. I think this lets the eyes keep a frame of reference.
I thought of this when thinking of how tweening would add dimmer pixels around a bright one to make the movement softer.
Changing the colors may help as well.
