See ga4gh/vrs-python#362, ga4gh/vrs-python#433, and #477 for various discussion threads.

We currently support describing sequences as circular but do not provide documentation for how to represent SequenceLocations that span the origin point.

This should be fixed ahead of VRS 2.0 release.
