Project / Log edit window

Add a way to access a comprehensive edit window for logs / project.

For example, a "i" in a circle like "tourism information centre". The symbol could be display on the top right corner of each project on the main page and on each logs on the admin page.

When click, it give a window with all the info, and some extra such as description, notes, etc. Most fields are editable when clicked.
