Send slack notifications to a new slack channel - #fuse-java-build.

Installed the Slack Notification Plugin but this caused a number of NullPointerExceptions to be thrown within Jenkins. May be OK if configured correctly.

Note the following issue has affected us after installing the Slack plugin - jenkinsci/slack-plugin#191. Followed steps in Option 2 and that got around the issue.
