We need to extend the galaxy plugin to pull the Docker information for the tool table and DAG. See https://github.com/galaxyproject/dockstore-galaxy-interface/blob/0.0.3/src/main/java/org/galaxyproject/gxformat2/Cytoscape.java#L71 for where to start.
