Documentation for lab set-up needed

It would be good to explain how the labs can be modified. How they can be rendered locally ? Or online ?

How can they be modified? That's a broad question, but https://labs.usegalaxy.org.au docs page covers a lot of it. There are a few minor features that I haven't had time to doc on there yet.

How can they render online? If you could review this PR that would be easy: #201

How can they be rendered locally? I haven't figured out a user-friendly way to do this yet - I have tried a GitPod but even that is difficult because you need to copy or git-clone your content into the GitPod instance
