What would you like to be added:
With gardener/gardener#8199, Gardener deprecates the support for external-dns-management specific features. Although we could still consider syncing the DNS providers with their "basic" setup, users should rather use the specific provider config that contains all supported specifications, instead of relying on a common denominator.

Thus, syncing providers should be deprecated and eventually be removed.
