能否添加自动开启/禁用vem的选项? #17

既然nvm模式是这个扩展的特色, 为什么不能在打开扩展的时候自动开启vem? 还需要再按快捷键切换状态.
为了更便捷点,能否添加一个开关选项, 可以让用户在弹出界面决定是否开启vem?
