Apologies this has gone unaddressed for so long. These tilesets are ours and are free to use/modify under two conditions

• they don't directly conflict with Gather
• you keep this same license/terms on any derivative work

An official license is being drawn up as we speak and should be in in a week.

A public repo which doesn't even contain a copyright notice (that I can see?) — much less a LICENSE file — is probably as bad for you as it is for your users.

Agree with everyone here, not having a license file for this repo with assets is not great :/
