add demo capabilities to vsummary-server

the existing demo site uses the php version. We need to update it to use the go version. Also for mock data, we can make some changes to existing php script instead of rewriting the whole thing for now.

Demo mode (undocumented feature) will disable:

• internal collector/poller
• vsummary API for inserting pollers and poll results
