This may also be an independent application: create a simple website with one central input field to paste in a concept URI. The application should look up and only show

• which concept scheme the concept is from
• concept label, notation, broader, narrower
• existing mappings from/to the concepts

Maybe we can do some work to actually split off some core Cocoda components so that it's easier to build more specific applications using the same base.
