Nested classes are not available

sharpDox looks pretty cool, but after doing a test build for my project, I've found out that a good chunk of docs were missing. Turns out, nested classes are not added to documentation, in fact, they are not even in Visibility Settings. sharpDox is unusable for me without that, unfortunately... Am I missing something obvious?
