Things likely to change

* Proper exception hierarchy for each of the CouchDB error types.
  - validation: would like to be able to throw/catch errors for multiple
    fields at once (esp if validate_doc_update can do this), tagged
    by field, so UI can show errors better

* Undecided: I might switch to separate 'all' views per model like CouchRest,
  instead of one global 'all' view

* Undecided: Foo.get(id) where doc has a type other than 'Foo' currently
  returns the class defined by the type (or CouchTiny::Document if none).
  Should it raise an exception instead? What about Foo.view ... ?
