Following Peter's release of an uncapped Amplifier skill, all the programs that deal with amps gain a -A switch to give a custom value of the skill.
Default for gemforce will remain at 60 (True Colors default is 120).

Let's celebrate GC2 Steam Release with the release of gemforce v1.7.0:

  • Renamed most of the programs with a new name pattern that makes much more sense
  • Programs now look for tables in the gem_tables folder if they aren't found in the same path of the executable
  • *gaqueries have been splitted in two: query-amps and query-ngems, to make working with them easier
  • New query-setup programs, as a combo amps + alone (combine) for the most common use case
  • Results README greatly revamped
  • Huge improvements to the parser
  • Lots of various tweaks and fixes
  • Back-end: renamed most of the tables in the build programs (complete rename will follow)

Still in the works:

  • -r and query-omnia programs still hate each other, for now the option is completely disabled
  • Complete tables overhaul and writing of a fast table for speed and size.
  • Results on the results folder

Hi to all the new Steam players, good luck in the game.

Table format was changed, in order to make them smaller and to speed up working with them.
Windows binaries were rebuilt.

Note that the old programs won't work with the new table nor the new programs will work with the old tables.
New versions of the tables are availlable at gemforce-tables.

As name says, time for bugfixes, but also improvements to the red adder functions.
Binaries for Windows were rebuilt.

I'm also proud to announce that the related project wGemCombiner has finally reached a stable version, I host only the executable here in its folder, replacing the old and not well working parent2gem.
