Flaky Playwright tests

The E2E tests often fail, even when the deployed site works. I suspect waiting a bit longer after the deployment would fix it -- it seems like if the Azure function is not quite spun up yet, then attempting to submit the Sverdle will throw an error. Maybe there's a way to wait to run the tests until a ping endpoint returns OK?
