What happened? What did you expect to happen?
Setting UV flux diagnostics in the Cloud-J interface module relies on several arrays that are computed internally within Cloud-J. However, these arrays are not currently output from Cloud-J which results in the GEOS-Chem UV flux diagnostics having values of all zeros.
I created a feature request on the Cloud-J repository to add the needed arrays to the Cloud_JX output list. Once that is implemented we can use the new outputs when setting the UV flux diagnostics and this issue will be fixed.
What are the steps to reproduce the bug?
Run GEOS-Chem full chemistry simulation with Cloud-J photolysis and UV flux diagnostics on.
Please attach any relevant configuration and log files.
