QChat - send a map coordinate

Feature description

Could be nice to be able to right click on the canvas and send to the chat some coordinates

This would make it possible to play little games, such as geo-puzzles or asking questions like "where is this?"...

So there would be a right-click on canvas action, that would send a message to the room like zoom x y.

When receiving such a message, the chat would parse it and add a "Zoom to location" right-click action on the item in the TreeView
