Would it be possible to also keep track of whoever changed a secret ?

hi @arnaudbuchholz-sap,
sorry for the delayed answer!

Currently it is not possible, as as far as I know that information is not stored on the secret's metadata. However I cannot verify it as I dont have a cluster and the operator setup, so it would take time.

Based on a quick search switching on auditing for the cluster migth enable you to get that information
